Zappatillas' Dive Club Dive in Panama

We are glad to offer our own diving tours and PADi courses at Al Natural in Panama. We are taking small groups of divers to the protected reefs around Zapatillas cays in the national marine park. Also, there are the many nearby reefs inside the lagoon, including the very colorfull soft coral gardens at Crawl Cay, and the large reefs on the open sea side of the island of Bastimentos, just behind the resort, where you can enjoy many impressive wall dives and cave explorations. The lagoon in front of Al Natural offers very enjoyable and safe waters to practice the PADI courses.

We are the only operators in the archipelago of Bocas del toro who offers those dives regularly and who offers them at a competitve price due to our location, as we are far away from bocas, but closest to the best dives sites and the Bastimentos national marine park. More remote trips to the famous tiger rock are also offered.

All diving tours and courses are given by Ms Nicole Schultzer, PADI open water scuba instructor and emergency first respond and CPR instructor, with specialty certificattions for nitrox/enriched air diving and digital underwater photography.
There is a 7,5% local service tax to be added to the below prices.

The prices below are based on double tank dive trips.
Single tank dive trips are available upon request at extra costs.

PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING :

Discover scuba diving provides an opportunity for anyone to try scuba diving under the supervision of a certified PADI instructor. This is perfect to learn a little bit about diving and go on an exploratory dive in the amazing lagoon full of coral heads and vibrant reefs. If you decide to go ahead with the full certification, this initiation can be credited towards your PADI open water discover certification.

INCLUDES :

1 practice session and 1 initiation dive with instructor : $75.00 per person, 1 or 2 divers.

PADI OPEN WATER COURSE:
This a 3-4 day course which includes practice sessions in shallow waters and four open water dives. You will learn all the basic principles of diving, how to assemble your equipment, and most importantly, how to maximize the security and enjoyment of your dives. Upon completion, you will receive your PADI Open Water Diver Certification, which will allows you to dive down to 18 meters at any dive shop in the world and is valid for life!

Includes: 5 confined water sessions + 4 open water dives from boat (practice and fun diving) + PADI Open Water Certification.
$400.00 per person, 3-4 day minimum stay;
$450.00 per person, with 2 extra fun dives, 4/5 night minimum stay.

PADI ADVANCED DIVE COURSE:
This course is perfect for anyone with an Open Water Diver Certification who wants to explore more exiting and specialized diving. You can go on a night dive to see the different life that comes out after dark or a dive to 30 meters to check out the creatures of the deep, or maybe you will like to see a wreck of an old cargo ship resting in the reef. You will do 5 dives and be certified as a PADI Advanced Diver, which will allow you to dive up to 40 meters. Advance courses available: DEEP DIVING, NIGHT DIVING, NAVIGATION DIVE, WRECK DIVE and SEARCH & RECOVERY DIVE, PEAK PERFORMANCE BUOYANCY, DIGITAL UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY... and more!

Includes:
5 dives / 2 day minimum stay, + PADI Advance Diving Certification.
$275.00 per person, 1 or 2 divers; $225.00 per person, 3 divers minimum

PADI RESCUE COURSE: For those divers who appreciate good safety practices and like to be prepared for any situation. This is also one step towards becoming a PADI Divemaster or even Instructor. In this course, you will learn how to prevent possible accidents and evaluate different rescue situations and safely assist a tired, panicked or unconscious diver. You will be certified in Emergency First Response and CPR as well as a PADI Rescue Diver.
Includes: 10 rescue scenarios, minimum 4 dives, 3/4 night minimum stay. $350.00 per person, 1 or 2 divers

PADI DIVE MASTER COURSE: As a PADI Divemaster, you will learn the inner workings of a dive shop, assist in instructing courses, and perfect your diving skills. This course is a minimum of 2 weeks and you must have completed 40 dives to be certified. Once you are certified, you can guide any certified Open Water Divers on dives and work in almost any dive shop in the world. If interested, inquire about our internship program.
