Please note that the online reservation module is NOT to be used:
• for reservations including nights between December 23 and January 2;
• for reservations including nights between May 15 and May 31;
• if there is not a 7 day anticipation period before the arrival date;
• for reservations including a multiple night&dive package.
All the above reservations needs to be done exclusively by mail at: email@example.com or by phone
If you want to order one honeymoon dinner or honeymoon package, a PADI Initiation, Open Water course or a multi dive package,please do it to our e-mail (please add your reservation booking number and reservation dates if you have booked the room through the online booking. You can also mention it in the Additional Request entry in the online booking system (see page Your Details).
Please note that, if you prefer, you can always proceed all reservations manually directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also please do not hesitate to contact us at our e-mail in order to double check with us availability if the reservation module indicate to you that there is no availability for the date you requested. A solution might be available.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:
As shown in the reservation module, you can choose to pay the deposit through either PayPal or through the Offline Credit card.
If you choose to pay with Pay Pal, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received payment.
If you have chosen to pay the deposit through the Offline Credit Card, please note that we will proceed with the payment of the deposit as soon as we receive your reservation with your credit card details. We will send you an email to confirm that the payment has gone through. If there is a problem with the card payment, we will contact you to resolve the deposit payment.
If you have made a reservation without having communicated your credit card information to us or without having made the payment of the deposit through Pay Pal, please contact us by e-mail directly after making the reservation to organize the payment of the deposit. This can be done via a bank transfer either to our account in Belgium, the United States or Panama. Please note that if we do not receive an email from you within 48 hours of the booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
